CNGR's South America team recently participated in the 15th International Seminar“Lithium in South America”and ExpoJuy in Jujuy Province,Argentina.The team engaged with industry professionals and stakeholders on the Jama-Solaroz project,value chain collaboration and responsible development,highlighting CNGR's progress in leveraging local resource advantages and creating greater value from those resources.

　　

　　Now in its 15th edition,the International Seminar“Lithium in South America”is an important platform for industry dialogue,bringing together business and government representatives from multiple countries.During a roundtable discussion,CNGR representatives shared updates on the Jama-Solaroz project and outlined how the company's Industry Ecologization strategy connects Argentina's lithium resources with its integrated global value chain.Recognizing the importance of supply chain traceability to customers worldwide,CNGR has established sustainable,verifiable management mechanisms during project development.Requirements related to environmental management,water resources,labour standards and human rights are integrated into daily operations,laying a foundation for long-term cooperation between resource development and downstream industries.During the seminar,a CNGR South America representative delivered a keynote presentation titled“From Resources to Batteries:Lithium,Costs and LFP Value Chain Integration.”The presentation examined market demand,cost competitiveness and collaboration between upstream and downstream industries from the perspective of the global battery materials value chain.It also explored how technology applications and industrial partnerships could help transform Argentina's lithium resource advantages into drivers of local industrial development.

　　

　　Beyond industry dialogue,CNGR also places strong emphasis on local engagement.At ExpoJuy,the largest general exhibition in Jujuy Province,CNGR's South America team presented the company's project plans and development practices to the public.Archaeologists and palaeontologists involved in the project shared findings from cultural heritage impact assessments,including heritage identification,assessment of potential impacts and corresponding protection measures.These presentations highlighted CNGR's plans to incorporate cultural heritage protection into project development.During the exhibition,the head of CNGR's South America operations also briefed representatives of the Jujuy provincial government and the communities of Jama,Olaroz Chico and El Toro on the company's local initiatives,including local recruitment,professional training and ongoing community dialogue.The representative also expressed appreciation for the support provided by local stakeholders.
