　　The evaluation criteria for the 2026 Excellence-Level Smart Factory program are more stringent and detailed than in previous years,with significantly greater emphasis on the in-depth application of AI.Particular attention is given to the practical deployment of large-scale industrial AI models and closed-loop implementation of industry-specific intelligent applications.The assessment also places stricter requirements on technological independence and control,as well as cybersecurity.Greater weight is assigned to green and low-carbon development and resource recycling.At the same time,the evaluation has shifted its focus from individual smart factory development towards demonstration leadership and coordinated upgrading across industrial value chains,setting higher standards for verifying tangible transformation outcomes and long-term operational value.
